Re: Bilic resigns board rejects resignation

If indeed Billic has gone/is going IMO we should use 1 of 2 options -
a. Redknapp as interim manager with a successor nominated and a timescale plan for his takeover. If nothing else Redknapp will motivate players and keep us up then the succession plan will take over.
b. Offer Carlo Ancelotti 'what he want's' to come in (given he would want to) give him the funds, give him autonomy and let him manage.
But - again - it depends purely on our aspirations as a football club, is it success through results and trophies or a + in the profit loss spreadsheet.
Sadly, I think we know the answer..

Does any top manager really want to be involved with the circus that is West Ham?
Surely the reason we ended up with ‘fifth choice’ Bilic in the first place.

Exactly.
Those pair of despicable cunts are the root cause of everything that is wrong at the moment and the list is fucking endless.

I reckon plenty of decent managers would be interested. We were close to getting Benitez before we ended up with Bilic.
At worst if they can't find the manager they want now, someone like Pardew as interim manager until the season end wouldn't be a bad move.

This is the most clear cut decision any football club owner has needed to make in the history of the sport ever since the dawn of time. They are saving pennies to lose pounds. Their loyalty will cost us dear.

The board need to look at themselves and ask why managers don't want the job. Bloody obvious to everyone else

Why do you need to have a replacement lined up anyway? Doris the tea-lady would get more out of the players at the moment so why not get rid of Bilic and have a caretaker manager for a while?

He probably offered to resign provided he and his useless coaching staff were paid up to the end of the season.
The Dildo Brothers are in deep doodoos and they know it.
We appear to have a choice of Moyes,Pardew or McLeish. All available and all with premier league experience. But they would not be popular with the fans.
Keep Bilic though and we are likely to go down!!

Without reading that, is it really the case that Bilic tried to resign after the Newcastle game?

Yep, all they know are the obvious names and "proven Premiership managers" They've been in football over 20 years and have learnt nothing.

Express came up on newsnow
Football London P+ C Daves cannot find a replacement and 2 games and he's gone?
West Ham's co -owners are believed to be concerned about the apparent lack of options to replace Slaven Bilic as the club's next manager, according to the Daily Mail.
Following a poor start to the season for the Hammers, the pressure on Bilic intensified to new levels after Friday's dismal 3-0 defeat at home to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Many expected the Croat to now be out of a job, yet David Sullivan and David Gold appear to have stuck with the manager for the time being
While the board were said to be discussing his future over the weekend, reports suggest that Bilic will be given the games against Spurs and Crystal Palace to save his job.
Although the likes of Roberto Mancini, Sam Allardyce and Walter Mazzarri have been linked with the hotseat, Gold and Sullivan are reportedly concerned about the lack of options to replace Bilic.

The fact they refused his resignation because they had no one lined up, prove's the board's utter incompetence
